All content across all Nexus Cyber Group platforms — including text, graphics, user interfaces, visual design, code, algorithms, agent architectures, methodologies, processes, workflows, data models, immune memory frameworks, deception intelligence architectures, behavioural DNA profiling systems, neural correlation engines, cognitive mapping algorithms, phantom replication systems, and all associated documentation — is the exclusive property of Aussi-Nexus Group and is protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and applicable international copyright conventions.
No part of this website or any platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, transmitted, displayed, published, licensed, sold, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of Aussi-Nexus Group.
2. Trade Mark Notice
The following are trade marks of Aussi-Nexus Group, registered or used in Australia:
Unauthorised use of any of these trade marks may constitute infringement under the Trade Marks Act 1995 (Cth).
3. Patent Notice
The following inventions are the subject of provisional patent applications filed with IP Australia:
- AU 2026905849 — AI digital phenotyping and passive health monitoring technology
- AU 2026905510 — Camera-based assistive technology system (Blink To Control)
The autonomous AI agent architectures, immune memory synthesis methodologies, cyber defence pipeline designs, behavioural DNA profiling systems, deception intelligence frameworks, neural signal correlation engines, and cognitive threat mapping systems embodied in all six Nexus Cyber Group platforms are protected by copyright and may be subject to further patent applications. Unauthorised commercial exploitation may constitute patent infringement.
4. Terms of Service
4.1 Acceptance
By accessing or using any Nexus Cyber Group platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use.
4.2 Eligibility
Services are available only to businesses and government entities. Individual consumer use is not permitted. You represent that you are authorised to bind your organisation to these Terms.
4.3 Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or as otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST. A minimum 12-month term applies to all Enterprise, Pro, CORTEX, SOVEREIGN, and government-grade plans. Fees are non-refundable except as required by the Australian Consumer Law. Aussi-Nexus Group reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice.
4.4 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platforms to monitor systems without authorisation; reverse engineer or decompile any platform; share access credentials with unauthorised parties; or use the platforms for any unlawful purpose.
4.5 Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice, subject to any minimum term. Aussi-Nexus Group may suspend or terminate immediately for breach of these Terms.
4.6 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
5. Privacy Policy
5.1 Privacy Act Compliance
Aussi-Nexus Group is committed to compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
5.2 Information Collected
We collect: business contact information provided via enquiry forms; usage and telemetry data from platform operation; and audit log data generated by AI agent activity on your infrastructure.
5.3 Data Use
Information is used to provide and improve our services, respond to enquiries, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use customer data to train AI models without explicit written consent.
5.4 Data Residency
All data is stored and processed within Australian jurisdiction. We do not transfer data overseas except as expressly agreed in writing. Air-gap deployments are available for government and defence customers.
5.5 Data Security
We implement encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and immutable cryptographically-sealed audit logging across all platforms.
5.6 Access, Correction & Complaints
You may request access to or correction of your personal information at the contact address below. We will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
6. Prohibited Acts
The following acts are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate termination, civil action, and referral to law enforcement:
- Reverse engineering or decompiling any Nexus Cyber Group platform
- Attempting to extract AI agent architectures, model weights, immune memory algorithms, or behavioural profiling systems
- Deploying monitoring on systems without authorisation
- Using the platforms for monitoring or attacking systems you do not own
- Reselling, sublicensing, or white-labelling any platform without written consent
- Attempting to access another customer's data through the platforms
- Any act that infringes the intellectual property rights of Aussi-Nexus Group
7. Liability & Disclaimer
The platforms are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Aussi-Nexus Group does not warrant that the platforms will detect or prevent all cyber threats in all circumstances.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aussi-Nexus Group's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any non-excludable liability under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information of the other party and to use such information only for the purposes of these Terms. This obligation survives termination for five (5) years.
Aussi-Nexus Group treats all customer infrastructure data, audit logs, security findings, and incident reports as strictly confidential and will not disclose them to any third party except as required by law or with your prior written consent.
9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Disputes shall first be subject to 30 days of good-faith negotiation after written notice. If unresolved, either party may refer the dispute to mediation administered by the Resolution Institute (Australia).
If mediation fails, disputes shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in Brisbane, Queensland, under the Resolution Institute Arbitration Rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.
Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information without first going through mediation.
